THE FIRES OF PURIFICATION

Fire is the destroyer of all impurities, thus fire is the purest substance in the manifested universe. Everything that makes you better in life and increases your evolution [that gets rid of the dross] can be associated with, or described as, fire.  Sometimes pain and suffering can make out a great deal of this purification proses of the heart [and mind] as well as the difficulty to purify the body through the right diet and the discipline to do everything in moderation before eliminating a lot of things eventually out of your life all together. The whole process was started by a spark, stretched over many lifetimes and gathered momentum in the end to become a blaze of living fire and vibration. The heart itself is than pure and aflame because of this purifying fires and to prevent this whole proses to become a uncontrolled roaring fire like a bushfire that can destroy everything blindly that comes in its way, it must be controlled by the pure mind and pure heart  and be used in service. The process where this fiery and purified heart [and mind] is being used in service is the path of initiation.

 Initiation brings new challenges that must be overcome one by one through making use of the amount of fire that was accumulated or regained over lifetimes. Initiation also brings thus new fires of initiation for every new level of initiation. The fiery development of the heart centre as well as the other centres of the bodies can be kick-started or brought to a certain level of vibration [for stability] by the use of the Rod of Initiation during the actual process of initiation. This fire that flows through the rod is so pure, [and thus dangerous], that it cannot go directly through the body of the aspirant for initiation but must go through the body of his Master who sponsored him first.

We can see why it is necessary for purification to precede the fiery development of the heart centre.

What is pure in the lower levels are still impure on the higher levels. Thus, one level of vibration of fire gets consumed by a higher vibration of fire, till only the purest fire or spirit is left where nothing else can exist but spirit and everything it has gained. Wisdom is experience gained and implemented by love [of the fiery heart].  How wise is God or pure Spirit by now? We are still babies. God surely is a consuming fire.

 

THE FLAMING, FIERY HEARTS

If the heart is not afire

Through purification by fire
Than the fiery sphere
Will not let you near

For the affirmation of bliss
Always remember this
The heart must be tempered
If the spiritual world is to be entered

This is done through straight-knowledge

Not something you pick up in a collage
But knowledge through experience
Spiritual discipline and obedience

A fiery heart is never left behind

And always attract souls of the same kind
While working with the spiritual Hierarchy
To save the world from anarchy

The fire of the heart is of a high manifestation

And thus the best purifier and tool for creation
For now follows the flame of self-sacrifice
Where only the best will suffice

Labour is for the common welfare

Through engagement in spiritual warfare
And leads to the creation of more intense fire 
As long as there are higher worlds to admire

Every day the fiery heart creates miracles

To help humanity through its different cycles
In accordance with the laws of the universe
And to overcome all adverse 

“God is a consuming fire”

Are words that can make us aspire
Towards more refinement of the heart
And encourage the mind to do its part

Service and the purification of consciousness

Done with love and ferociousness
Will make everything on earth expire
In a whirling wind of fire

Only flaming, fiery hearts on earth

Can bring all this, to birth
